A basic Foam Mattress making plant need two type of machine – Foaming Machine and Cutting Machines (horizontal/circular + vertical). Foaming machines are of two manual and automatic. Cutting machines are of three types. Following are the details of the above.
Foaming Machine
1Model No. KI-F111 Description: One complete plant for manufacturing flat top flexible P.U. Foam blocks by max-foam process.
2Model No. KI–F112 Description: One batch foam plant including one mould suitable for making 6ft.x 6ft. blocks with manual weighing of chemicals and automatic timed mixing and pouring with complete know-how for making foam from 10 to 32 density.
Circular Cutting Machine
1Model No. KI–CC111Description: One circular cutting machine for flexible P.U. Foam, suitable for cutting 11 blocks of 1828 x 914 mm, complete with all electrical and electronics for connecting to 415 volts 50 Hz.A.C. supply. The machine is equipped with powerful vacuum under the cutting table and can cut thickness in the range from 2.5 mm to 200 mm with variation of .1 mm.
2Model No. KI–CC112Description: One circular cutting machine for flexible P.U. Foam, suitable for cutting 8 blocks of 1828 x 914 mm, complete with all electrical and electronics. The machine is equipped with powerful vacuum and can cut thickness from 2.5 mm to 200 mm with variation of .1 mm.
